Positive Access with its IDecode product line provides customers with the most up-to-date software tools to access the wide variety of state driver's license formats.  Positive Access supplies tools for developers who wish to scan, or swipe driver's licenses to correctly obtain data from driver's licenses it does not develop applications which use driver's license data, as that would cause us to compete with our customers.
